Headquartered in New York’s Westchester County, Country Lane is owned and managed by Monte Shaw who founded the company in 1984. Monte’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Ornamental Horticulture & Landscape Design from Cornell University as well as a MBA from New York University. Before starting Country Lane, Monte worked in the areas of real estate development, finance and management.
